Who we are

All Star Inc. was founded in 2002 to fill a gap the team kept seeing in the Central Valley — exceptional customer service at a fair price. More than two decades later, the company runs commercial truck towing, heavy-duty recovery, fleet towing, lockout service, and heavy haul transportation out of two yards in Tracy and Manteca.
The fleet is built for the job — rotators, heavy wreckers, an industrial carrier, Landolls, light-duty rollbacks and wreckers, a service truck, an airbag trailer, forklifts, and lockout equipment. Now under the ownership of Sim Randhawa, the team dispatches 24/7 across San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties.
All Star is a member of the California Tow Truck Association and holds active interstate authority — covering off-road recovery, water recovery, and the full range of heavy duty work across Northern California.

All Star puts equipment and yard space toward training the people who keep the corridor safe. Three programs we support year-round:
Vehicle Donation for Testing
Donated vehicles head to the defense depot where they're used for impact, materials, and equipment testing programs.
Every 15 Minutes Program
We supply vehicles for the Every 15 Minutes program — a high school education initiative that brings the consequences of drunk and distracted driving to students.
Drug Detection Training
Our yards host the local police department's drug detection dog training, giving the K-9 teams a real-world environment to keep their skills sharp.
